Automate the repetitive parts of producing both shows, orchestrated in n8n (#34). Candidate steps:

  • local transcription with Whisper (feeds show notes, chapters, and accessibility)
  • draft show notes and titles with the self-hosted AI stack (#33)
  • publish to the podcast host (#16, Fireside replacement)
  • cross-post episode announcements (Matrix #6, and socials via Postiz if we add it)

Leans on the local GPU for Whisper and the LLM. Start with transcription and show notes, add publishing and cross-posting once the host is chosen. Ties together #16 (hosting), #33 (AI), and #34 (orchestration).
