Bring the Mac (and any future workstation) under the same declarative treatment as the fleet: dotfiles, ssh config includes, VSCode extensions and settings, CLI tooling.

The vscode/ directory in this repo is already a start. Today's ansible lockout was partly a workstation-config problem -- ssh-agent contents and ssh_config includes are currently tribal knowledge.
