Replace the expired Inoreader with a self-hosted feed reader. FreshRSS or Miniflux, both light with good APIs so mobile clients (Reeder and friends) can point at them. Feeds the DevRel content pipeline and podcast prep.

Small container or bootc image, Postgres or SQLite, behind SWAG. LAN-only or over Tailscale for mobile.
