Searchable OCR archive for every PDF, receipt, contract, and record. Especially useful right after the GSuite migration when documents need a new home, and handy during the job search for offers and contracts.

Stack per the Paperless docs: paperless-ngx plus Postgres and Redis, with Tika and Gotenberg for Office and HTML to PDF conversion. Optional Paperless-AI later for better-than-OCR extraction with a local model (ties into the self-hosted AI work).

New bootc image, appdata on a local data disk with a watched consume folder. Behind SWAG, LAN-only.
