Evaluate Jellyfin alongside Plex. Relevant now that Pinchflat writes Kodi/Jellyfin-format .nfo files that stock Plex ignores -- Jellyfin would actually read the metadata already being downloaded.

Run it read-only against the same library first; do not migrate anything until backups exist.
